Equijust is an independently owned firm of specialist adjusters, with a profound focus on the following areas of the insurance industry: Financial and Professional Risks (particularly Crime, Professional Indemnity, Civil Liability, and Directors and Officers), Cyber, Commercial Crime, Product Recall, Product Liability, and Trade Credit and Political Risk.

Our team comprises of professionals with a wealth of experience in handling complex claims. We take an equitable and objective approach to claims, ensuring that our work maintains the highest possible standards. Our multi-lingual team provides personal attention to every claim, making sure that the needs of our principals are met and their interests are safeguarded at every possible opportunity.

Our reports focus on presenting the different angles of a claim clearly, whilst providing our principals with the information necessary to reach optimal coverage decisions. We provide added value by not only focusing on details specific to the claim, but also by offering where possible risk management recommendations based on our extensive experience worldwide.

Our Team

We have a team of professionals with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Our team members are based in our offices in London, Miami, and Bogota, and they are supported by our franchise offices in South Africa and our network partners located in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East.

Bill Parry, one of the founding members of Equijust, has been with the company since its establishment in 1996. He began his insurance career as an international reinsurance underwriter, before becoming an adjuster in 1992. He currently concentrates on claims in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He speaks fluent Spanish and has previously worked extensively in Latin America.

Nigel Perkins, who first arrived at Equijust in 1999, is an ACII, an ACILA, and holds a law degree, as well as the Legal Practice Certificate for solicitors. Based in London and a director since 2012, he handles claims on an international basis with a focus on Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

Jamie Mackenzie, a graduate of the University of St Andrews, joined the company in 1999 and was appointed as a director in 2012. Based in our London office, he predominantly handles financial institutions, commercial crime, cyber, and PI claims in the UK, Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the Far East.

Simon Bailey (Director) holds an Honours degree from King's College London and has 20 years' experience adjusting financial institutions crime claims, as well as cyber, PI, and D&O, mainly in Latin America and the Caribbean but also sub-Saharan Africa. He speaks fluent Spanish and is based in our head office in London.

Roger Kemp - Formerly Claims Director with HSBC, where he managed the group's global financial crime claims, Roger has been a financial lines and professional risks adjuster since 1999 and joined Equijust in 2016. Particularly experienced in Europe, the Middle East, and the Asian Subcontinent, he focuses on complex crime and PI losses.

Anton Kidd is a founding member of Equijust from 1996.
