Our team is led by Lee Cohen, Managing Director, and Jill Hamilton, Broking & Operations Director. Both have extensive experience in the insurance industry, with Lee entering the industry in 1981 and Jill starting her career in 1979. They founded Hamilton Leigh together in 1987 and have been instrumental in shaping the company into what it is today.
